The Village of Ridgeview Court in Milton has an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Coordinator to join their team.

The hiring range for this role is : $59,740-$64,350
Responsibilities
As a new Neighbourhood Coordinator joining our village, you will :
Support and embrace resident-centered social culture and lead your team to deliver the highest quality of care to residents. You will lead, empower and support the self-directed Neighbourhood team members to deliver resident-centered care focusing on flexibility and quality of life.
Leverage your strengths, skills and knowledge to deliver our mission and achieve quality care outcomes. Foster deep relationships with team members, residents, family members and the broader community, demonstrating a serving leadership philosophy.
Participate in village-wide committees and working groups (e.g., Risk Management, PERT, Education, Quality Improvement) to share expertise and collaborate on quality outcomes. Attend Village leadership team meetings and participate in discussions and decisions that impact all team members.
Coach and lead performance for individual team members and the Neighbourhood team, including HR, health and safety and communication. Lead care conferences with residents and family members and act as a primary point of contact for residents and families.
