Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to design, implement, and optimize our IT and digital marketing solutions leveraging the Azure data platform and Informatica product suite. This role ensures seamless integration and operation of these platforms to enhance customer engagement, streamline internal processes, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery and Assessment : Analyze current operations, tools, and technology stack.
• Evaluate the maturity of existing processes and platforms.
• Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a holistic architecture strategy for tool usage.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency in digital marketing and IT operations.
• Implementation and Guidance : Ensure consistent and optimized use of tools across the organization.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.
• Provide guidance and technical support to cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, customer service).
• Integrate cloud computing, contact center systems, and digital marketing technologies.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and integrations.
• Present reports on system performance and project progress to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, cloud, and data architecture.
