Overview

Player One Amusement Group has an immediate opening for a Route Technician. The Route Technician / Collector is responsible for the daily operation of their designated route, providing support on gaming machines and service calls.

The Route Technician / Collector is also in charge of the collection and deposits of all monies from gaming machines.

One of North America’s leading providers of interactive video, redemption, amusement gaming and vending equipment, it specializes in solution servicing and design for a wide range of customers in the theatrical exhibition vertical as well as community-based entertainment destinations such as bowling centers, restaurants, arcades, shopping centers and water parks.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of the service call process including but not limited to : receive, prioritize and complete service calls;

provide timesheets and accountability of route service; and communicate with regional manager and locations of ongoing game and service issues.

  • Manage the company’s revenue generated from our amusement machines (collect and deposit all income, record all meters, identify discrepancies, secure funds pending deposit, provide all collection & banking reports).
  • General maintenance on all gaming equipment (includes but not limited to : replace components, test equipment, cleaning, preparation, ensure repairs are done in a cost-effective manner, maintain and update parts kit, stock and replenishment of prizing & receive inventory).
  • Assist with game rotations / installations and movement of equipment
  • Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas.

  • Ability to install, uninstall and disassemble larger arcade pieces.
  • Solid computer skills and experience.
  • Demonstrates strong financial acumen.
  • Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Good driving record as travel is a major component in this role.
  • A flexible schedule that includes a minimum 40 hours a week with some weekend shifts.
  • Lift and manipulate objects up to 80lbs.
