THE OPPORTUNITY

Product Marketing at OpenText drives how our solutions are positioned, differentiated, and brought to market. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead go-to-market strategy and messaging for AI-driven content management and process automation products. This is a global, highly collaborative role working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn complex technology into clear business value.

What It Takes

• Own product positioning, messaging, and solution narratives
• Act as a product evangelist across sales, partners, customers, and analysts
• Partner with demand generation to drive pipeline and revenue growth
• Create and manage content across the funnel (sales decks, blogs, case studies, enablement assets)
• Enable global sales and partner teams with plays, battlecards, and competitive insights
• Plan and execute product launches and releases
• Monitor market and competitive trends to sharpen differentiation

Compensation : At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range : $130,000–$180,000 (actual salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, location, and market factors).
