40 years of expertise and know-how. 3 sites across Quebec. The Commercial Project Manager covers the construction sector.
Main responsibilities :
- Analyze and understand specifications and construction plans, validating all relevant project information.
- Manage the project from A to Z, including documentation, participating in meetings, developing procurement strategies, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Production start-up, customer support, quality control.
- Negotiate and award subcontracts.
- Act as an intermediary between sales, estimating, production, delivery and administration.
- Provide the necessary customer service throughout the project (before, during, and after sales).
Skills and qualifications :
- Mandatory 2 years experience as a buyer or project manager of steel doors / frames and architectural hardware
- DEC in project management or engineering an asset
- Knowledge of market practices and construction projects
