Rewind has moved to a hybrid model of work in Ottawa (333 Preston Street) and Toronto (350 Bay Street) working from an office twice / week.

Job Description

We are looking to add an experienced Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our Partnerships team. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for building out the foundational partnerships that will fuel growth within our Atlassian and DevOps line of business.

The backups we offer in this segment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, Github & Azure DevOps) represent one of the largest growth areas within our business.

There is a massive opportunity to capitalize on specific cloud migration shifts ( Jira EOL ) that are currently underway in the market which are organically leading to an openness from partners to engage with Rewind.

The PAM will be supported by a Partner Marketing Manager and will work closely with our Sales team (Account Executives and Solutions Engineers).

The focus of the role will be on :

Foundational efforts to generate new partner leads and close new partnerships directly with Resellers, Solutions Providers, Agencies, GSIs, etc.

within the DevOps ecosystem, most importantly Atlassian.

  • Managing partner relationships, training / enabling partner teams and ensuring partner sourced revenue targets are achieved
  • Building relationships within key software vendors and their sellers / account managers; Atlassian, Github, and the broader Atlassian Ecosystem, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to build out the infrastructure for Rewind’s partner program within the DevOps, Atlassian and Microsoft ecosystems (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, Github, Azure DevOps)
  • Identify potential partners and decision makers that fit Rewind’s partner profile within the Atlassian and DevOps ecosystems
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone & to schedule meetings and engage potential partners.
  • Manage and contribute to building upon systems that scale Rewind partnerships
  • Ultimately close, onboard, train and support new partners to drive partner sourced revenue
  • Develop and expand relationships with partners to increase leads and market share. This will include working with marketing, sales, customer support, product teams, and any other segments activated to support revenue generation
  • Exceed assigned KPIs (partners sourced, partner sourced revenue & partner influenced revenue) on a consistent basis
  • Provide day-to-day support for partners to help sell, evaluate and support Rewind services
  • Assist sales, partners, and their clients with quotes and proposals for Rewind services
  • Provide input / updates on key activities, with a high reporting standards, to drive opportunities forward within our key systems : PRM (Partnerstack), CRM (Salesforce), and in Partner Marketplace Portals (ex. Atlassian)

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates that have 5+ years of direct SaaS partner and / or sales experience, with 2+ years of experience operating within the Atlassian and DevOps ecosystem.

You should also have :

  • Experience acquiring new partners and the ability to build fruitful relationships from both new and existing contacts
  • A track record of consistently exceeding assigned revenue targets
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications, presentation and delivery skills
  • Experience delivering remote presentations comfortable building and delivering presentations via zoom meetings.
  • The ability to travel to meet with partners at events, conferences, meetups, and onsite

Bonus points :

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Partnerstack, Salesloft, Excel, Sales Navigator
  • Experience building and leading net new partnership programs
