ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Research Professional is a member of the Québec and Eastern Canada team, reporting to the Regional Director, Québec and Eastern Canada within the Client and Assessment Services unit.
The Client & Assessment Services unit supports customers in the implementation and application of assessment programs in Canada and worldwide.
They also customize programs to customer needs and develop tools to support accreditation programs, such as assessment manuals.
This Research Professional role is ideal for a person with a solid background in quantitative and qualitative analysis. Curiosity and resourcefulness are essential qualities for this position.
You'll play a key role in the team, analyzing data from our survey visits, cross-referencing it with survey data, interpreting results and writing provincial reports.
Your analyses will help identify avenues for improvement, thus supporting decision-makers in their reflections on improving the quality and safety of care and services.
This is a new position in the team, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop his or her field of action and propose innovations.
Main responsibilities :
- Perform data analysis and assist in drafting assessment reports and impact provincial reports in collaboration with the team, subject matter experts, and clients.
- Supports client teams in data analysis and extraction.
- Propose and define ways to better present information to our clients.
- Planning, documenting, and managing defined project requirements and scope, delivered on time and on budget.
- Continuously contributing to the improvement and innovation.
- Effective collaboration internally across business units, and externally with collaborators and decision-makers.
- Participates in the quality assurance of documents / reports produced by the team or the company.
Must Have Qualifications :
- Master's degree in a humanities or social sciences discipline.
- Proficiency in PowerBi and statistics.
- Experience in environmental scanning and literature appraisal.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent writing skills in French.
