Résumé du poste:
Le spécialiste de l’implantation des processus soutient le déploiement de nouveaux processus, outils et procédures opérationnelles au sein de l’organisation. Ce rôle travaille en étroite collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d’assurer une mise en œuvre fluide, une adoption efficace et un alignement avec les objectifs opérationnels. Le poste est axé sur la coordination, la documentation et le soutien à toutes les étapes de l’implantation.

Responsabilités principales:
Soutien à l’implantation:
  • Participer au déploiement de nouveaux processus, outils et procédures opérationnelles
  • Soutenir la coordination des activités d’implantation entre les équipes
  • Veiller à ce que les procédures et flux de travail soient respectés lors du déploiement
Coordination de projets:
  • Soutenir les échéanciers d’implantation et assurer le suivi de l’avancement des projets
  • Aider à l’organisation des réunions et à la coordination avec les parties prenantes
  • Maintenir les calendriers d’implantation et les listes de tâches
Soutien aux systèmes et aux flux de travail:
  • Participer à la configuration et aux tests des outils ou systèmes requis pour les nouveaux processus
  • Soutenir la documentation des flux de travail et les mises à jour des processus
  • Aider à identifier les problèmes opérationnels durant les premières phases d’implantation
Soutien à la formation et aux équipes:
  • Participer à la formation des employés sur les nouveaux processus ou outils
  • Aider à préparer le matériel de formation, les guides et la documentation
  • Offrir du soutien aux équipes pendant la période d’adoption initiale
Suivi et documentation:
  • Assurer le suivi des activités d’implantation et mettre à jour la documentation
  • Documenter les retours et observations opérationnelles pendant l’implantation

Qualifications:
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en opérations, en gestion de projets ou dans un domaine connexe
  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en opérations, coordination de projets, implantation ou soutien aux processus
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration
  • Capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et à gérer plusieurs projets
  • Esprit analytique et souci du détail

Compétences souhaitées:
  • Expérience dans le soutien de projets opérationnels ou d’implantation de systèmes
  • Connaissance de la documentation des flux de travail ou de la cartographie des processus
  • Expérience avec des outils de gestion de projet ou de collaboration

Position Summary:
The Process Implementation Specialist supports the rollout of new processes, tools, and operational procedures across the organization. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth implementation, proper adoption, and alignment with operational goals. The position focuses on coordination, documentation, and support during all phases of implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Support:
  • Assist with the rollout of new processes, tools, and operational procedures
  • Support the coordination of implementation activities across teams
  • Help ensure procedures and workflows are properly followed during deployment
Project Coordination:
  • Support implementation timelines and track project progress
  • Assist with organizing meetings and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Help maintain implementation schedules and task lists
System & Workflow Support:
  • Assist with the setup and testing of tools or systems required for new processes
  • Support workflow documentation and process updates
  • Help identify operational issues during early stages of implementation
Training & Team Support:
  • Assist with employee training on new processes or tools
  • Help prepare training materials, guides, and documentation
  • Provide support to teams during the initial adoption period
Monitoring & Documentation:
  • Track implementation activities and update documentation
  • Document feedback and operational observations during implementation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, implementation, or process support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work across teams and support multiple projects
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting operational projects or system implementations
  • Familiarity with workflow documentation or process mapping
  • Experience using project management or collaboration tools
