Position Responsibilities :

• Once you have completed your onboarding, you will begin to train clients and help members achieve their goals!
• Learn to create personalized fitness programs based on client goals, ensuring progress tracking, follow-up, and ongoing support.
• Learn the CrunchOne Kickoff sessions, guiding members through goal setting, nutritional counseling, equipment use, and exercise form.
• Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques to clients and facility members.
• Support member service activities, including fitness seminars, boot camps, and body fat assessments.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized facility by re-racking weights, organizing work areas, and assisting with cleaning checklists.
• Conduct regular 1 : 1 meetings to review performance, provide motivation, and guide towards individual and company goals.
• Attend internal monthly workshops.
