Our client, a well-established company in the Real Estate industry, is looking to hire a Budget Analyst to join their office in Downtown Montreal.
Job Description :
- Manage the budgets for 30 properties
- Prepare budgets by project
- Forecasting
- Revenue analysis
- Lease analysis
- Operational analysis
- Implement and develop financial reports
Job Requirements :
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- CAP in progress is an asset
- Real estate industry experience required
- Advanced Excel
