Responsibilities

Reporting to the Controller and in collaboration with the finance team, the Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting plays a key role in managing the company's financial and operational capital by participating in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.

Responsibilities :

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flows and associated notes, account analysis, reconciliations, budgets and internal control maintenance.

Preparation of Management Reporting including analysis on financial results / budgets, performance metrics, and benchmarks

Dealing with year end audits including preparation of relevant files and resolving issues.

Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions

Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, control and provide support on special requests when necessary.

Ad-hoc projects

All other related tasks

Qualifications

Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

CPA certification or equivalent, a major asset

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Be Bilingual (French and English) and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Advanced Excel (Search V, Pivot Tables)
