Our client, a well-established company in the Real Estate industry, is looking to hire a Budget Analyst to join their office in Downtown Montreal.

Job Description :

  • Manage the budgets for 30 properties
  • Prepare budgets by project
  • Forecasting
  • Revenue analysis
  • Lease analysis
  • Operational analysis
  • Implement and develop financial reports

Job Requirements :

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CAP in progress is an asset
  • Real estate industry experience required
  • Advanced Excel
