Job Title : Senior Java Developer (Middleware Platform)

Type : Contract, 6 Months. The role is also available as a Permanent Full Time position

Overview :

Our client is seeking an experienced Sr Java Developer to join their existing team of professionals! This position will work to develop and support the organizations Platform and provides shared enterprise services to the entire group of companies under its umbrella.

Role

• Develop middleware software solutions for n-Tier service oriented application architectures
• Develop W3C compliant Web Services using Application Servers & Enterprise Service Bus technology in compliance with architectures, requirements, standards and guidelines established by the CTO
• Develop & deploy SOA based systems integration solutions of internal and customer systems, e.g. ERP, pharmacy management system, drug information systems, etc.
• Participate in technology selection of application infrastructure in areas such as portal frameworks, federated identity management, SIP signaling, workflow engines, videoconferencing, or other business relevant major subsystems
• Port existing .Net client application code from existing solution architectures over to new Platform architecture
• Provide Fourth Tier problem management process technical support
