Our client is a leading law firm serving the GTA across multiple practice areas. They are currently in expansion mode and are looking to add a talented Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to their team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a law firm. You must be able to work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team. You should have excellent communication skills; and appreciate the importance of providing outstanding, cost effective and responsive legal services to clients. You must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Other key success factors include strong analytical, research and writing skills. Commercial leasing and condominium development experience would be considered an asset.
