Job Overview
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding Regroup’s presence within the Group Benefits and Group Retirement Savings space. This position is centered on building strong, trust‑based relationships with employers, plan sponsors, and key centers of influence to generate new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships. You will draw on your group benefits expertise, strategic sales insight, and consultative approach to deliver meaningful value to clients and contribute to sustainable growth for the company.
