Job Description :
Contribute to the strategic direction of the business / function while playing a key role in the development and implementation of process and operational synergies and efficiencies.
Leverage advanced analytics and process modeling to solve moderate to complex process problems as well as make process improvements.
Provide advice to business leaders and lead solutions to improve quality and eliminate waste.
Ensure respective policies / practices / processes meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with business priorities.
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; Escalate issues where appropriate.
Act as Process Improvement Advisor for Infrastructure & Engineering business, typically leading or contributing on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
Solve moderately to highly complex process problems that require substantial expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas.
Maintain a culture of risk management and control supported by processes in alignment with risk appetite.
Familiarity with the Bank's Technology Risk Management framework as well as industry best practices.
Experience in defining risk controls and control testing.
Support currency of Risk and Control Self‑Assessments related to Infrastructure & Engineering and align to identified processes.
Participate fully as a member of the team; support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues / points of interest.
Provide thought leadership and / or industry knowledge.
Keep current on emerging trends / developments and grow knowledge of the business‑related tools and techniques.
Demonstrated experience in selecting and working with a wide range of CI tools (Value Stream Mapping Lean Six Sigma and Validation) as well as other creative problem‑solving skills. Computer skills (Excel Word Power Point Minitab etc.)
Database / JIRA / Confluence / SharePoint development experience a plus.
Manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and / or control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and / or regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications / designations or equivalent required.
Advanced knowledge of multiple Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Business Process Improvements methodologies, consulting principles and banking industry knowledge.
Business Analyst experience.
In‑depth knowledge of function policies, procedures and practices as well as competitor and market trends with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Expertise in using analytical software tools, methods and reporting techniques.
Dexterous to work multi‑functionally and independently; communicate (both speaking and writing), follow instructions / direction, provide assistance and build positive relationships across teams and functions.
