Our client, a Canadian company providing quality stainless steel and nickel products to clients across Canada is looking for an Inside Sales Rep for the GTA North office.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests from new and existing customers
- Converting incoming new client requests into sales opportunities, following up on warm leads
- Managing the sales cycle prospecting, contacting, quoting, order management, etc.
- Handle client issues, supplier requests
- Familiarizing oneself with market conditions, industry and competitor standards
- Maintaining records on potential clients, sales-related activities, appointments, etc.
- Help to grow the company's revenue by providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, ideally coming from the stainless steel industry or steel manufacturing
- Hard worker, driven, wants to develop a long term career with a potential to grow within the organization
- Computer savvy, able to use multiple softwares (MS Office)
- Quick learner, adaptable, exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Must have a passion for sales and service
