We are seeking a dynamic Senior Developer to join our Agile development team, focusing on design, architecture, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps and Power Automate) and will contribute to both new solution development and optimization of existing assets.
This role involves working within a structured delivery POD alongside Business Systems Analysts, QA professionals, and other developers to promote best practices and drive innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and high-quality code through collaboration with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Share guidance and promote coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Participate in technical design discussions and Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, story estimation).
- Provide critical production support and resolve priority issues.
- Follow established development and maintenance processes and standards.
- Stay current with technology trends and develop expertise in relevant services, applications, and tools.
- Produce development estimates and identify potential risks.
- Ensure consistency with overall design during application development and integration.
- Mentor junior team members and serve as a reference throughout the requirements lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact and manage integration of solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in end-to-end application development.3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate).2–3 years of experience working in Agile environments.Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.Experience with SSO, token-based authentication, and certificate-based authentication.Familiarity with Windows Services (preferred).Preferred Qualifications
