Base pay range

CA$55.00 / hr - CA$75.00 / hr

Opportunity Overview

We are looking for Group Exercise Instructors who are interested in teaching Aquafit to join our team as independent contractors / freelancers. The Group Exercise Instructor is a key service position in the Fitness Section at The Boulevard Club. They will strive to provide excellent service, guidance, and supervision of physical fitness while at the Club. They will also ensure injury prevention and that member needs are being met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead group fitness classes of varying intensities and styles.
• Monitor intensity and wellbeing of participants and report any accidents or incidents as necessary.
• Ensure injury prevention measures and safe activities are prescribed for all participants.
• Maintain qualifications and own insurance, and remain in good standing with the appropriate certifying bodies.
