Benefits Coordinator – Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the client as they coordinate and implement their employee group benefits model with 41+ vendors across a variety of global territories
• Coordinate signatures of contracts between vendors and global signatories
• Provide administration support on a variety of HR related projects

Benefits Coordinator – Mandatory Skills

• 3-5 years as a Benefits Support Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, Benefits Analyst, Payroll Specialist
• Experience researching, comparing, negotiating, and implementing group benefits packages
• Must have employee benefits operations experience (globally is preferred)
• Excellent communication skills

Benefits Coordinator - Nice to Have Skills

• Large organization experience
