Entry Level Salesperson

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Salesperson located in Richmond Hill, ON. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. Key tasks include developing relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional service. The role also involves maintaining detailed sales records and contributing to business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Native / fluent level of English; professional proficiency in French, Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese are assets
• Organizational and time management skills for managing leads and meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Self-motivation and strong eagerness to learn with a results-driven attitude
• Previous sales or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
