International Business Management Instructor

Bayswater Toronto is a private ESL school located at North York Centre addition to ESL classes we offer professional certificate courses in international business management digital marketing project management and customer experience management.

We are currently looking for a international business management instructor to teach from March 9 2026 to April 3 2026 with more sessions later in the year.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach an in-person four-week international business management course from 9 am 12:15 pm Monday Friday.
• Deliver classes on introductory international business management topics. (international trade logistics financial management managerial styles organizational culture etc.)
• Help groups of 12-15 international students develop skills in business management and English language communication.
• Use a SMART board and present digital curriculum.
• Administer and assess weekly quizzes.
• Design monitor and assess a real-world project.
• Host guest speakers and connect lectures to class material.
• Lead external visits to business offices.
• Complete attendance and administer course learning management system.
• Submit timesheets and follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.

Knowledge Qualifications and Experience

Essential

• TESL diploma recognized by Languages Canada (TESL Canada Level 1 TESL Ontario CELTA or equivalent)
  
• Undergraduate degree
  

Desirable

• Professional business or business management experience (e.g. marketing finance trade etc.)
• Degree or diploma in business or applicable field
• Business management teaching experience at the post-secondary level
  

Skills and Attributes
