Wanted : General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance / Renovations.

We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman.

You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as :

• Door slab installation.
• Ceramic tile installation.
• Finish Plumbing.
• Kitchen and countertop installation.
• Framing.
• Light Maintenance work. (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.)
• All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments.

This is a full-time position (not for general contractors).

Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.
