CONFIDENTIAL HR Generalist
Are you looking for your next HR opportunity? We are looking for an HR Generalist with manufacturing experience.
The HR Generalist will coordinate and implement all Human Resources services, policies and programs for all personnel throughout the Company.
The HR Generalist will primarily be responsible for actively participating in policy and procedure development and compliance, employee training and development and employee relations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Assist with employee relation matters
- Back-up for the payroll administrator.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing environment
- Sound understanding of employment and labour laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience with labour relations matters
- Experience with payroll and WSIB claims management an asset
- Payroll software experience is an asset (Kronos, Ceridian)
- Excellent personal organizational skills and professional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
