Data Dev Lead

The Data Dev Lead will be responsible for leading data development activities, with a strong focus on hands‑on work using IBM DataStage.

This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data workflows, working across SQL Server, PL / SQL, and mainframe environments.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data processing, job scheduling, and integration across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform hands‑on development using IBM DataStage for ETL workflows.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain data integration processes across multiple environments.
• Work with SQL Server databases to write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries.
• Develop PL / SQL scripts and stored procedures for data transformation and processing.
• Utilize Mainframe JCL for job management and batch processing activities.
• Coordinate job scheduling and workflow management using scheduling tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues across ETL, database, and mainframe processes.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior data developers as needed.
