About the Role

This position is based in the OpenText office in Richmond Hill, Canada.

What The Role Offers

• Define the Architectural Vision : Craft and champion the long‑term architectural strategy and technical roadmap for the OpenText Cloud Platform.
• Design for Scale : Lead the design of large‑scale, distributed systems and establish foundational patterns for microservices, event‑driven architecture and data‑intensive applications.
• Drive Technical Excellence : Partner with senior engineering leaders and product managers to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor and Inspire : Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to senior engineers and technical leads.
• Champion Innovation : Evaluate and integrate cutting‑edge technologies and trends.
• Lead Cross‑Organizational Alignment : Influence and align technical decisions across global, distributed teams.
