The Role

Be an integral member of Cameco’s exploration team, striving to bring the multiple benefits of nuclear energy to the world, by finding the next generation of uranium deposits.

In this role, you will :

  • Work with various geophysical and GIS software packages
  • Assist the team with the collection, processing, interpretation, and integration of geophysical data
  • Assist with geotechnical logging and collecting geophysical data in the field
  • Assist with a variety of special projects and other day-to-day activities

The successful candidate will work a term of approximately four months starting May 2024. This is a majority office-based role with potential for remote field work based at one of Cameco’s exploration camps.

Required :

  • You will be entering your third or fourth year as a university student specializing in geophysics, geology, or a related field.
  • Class 5 driver’s license
