We are looking for a *ROCKSTAR* IIROC Licensed Associate (Client Service Associate) to join this flagship Investment Management Firm.

Responsibilities :
This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client service delivery, the management of clients' data and all client account administration.
- Support the PMs and other team members in administrative, client service and business development activities
- Process all client account documentation in a timely and accurate way.
- Monitor daily activity in client accounts and handle various administrative details as required
- Responsible for keeping data current in the client relationship management / portfolio management system, including producing various documents and reports for clients and PMs
- Schedule appointments, meeting preparation and follow-up
- Assist in the client annual review preparation and process
- Other ad hoc reporting and requests from clients and team members on an as needed basis.
Requirements :
- Licensed under IIROC currently with an IIROC member Firm, with intention to be the very best at what you do and build a career in the Investment Industry
- Minimum : Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practises Handbook
Further Industry accreditation is supported and encouraged.
Bachelor's Degree in a business related field
