L'entreprise, située dans l'ouest de Montréal, est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur / Directrice des opérations afin de soutenir leur croissance.
Ils offrent un environnement constamment en amélioration avec une équipe en amélioration continue, une usine très récente et automatisée afin d'avoir une usine 2.0.
Vous aurez à gérer les opérations comportent plusieurs quarts de travail, 4 directeurs, 6 superviseurs et plusieurs départements en transformation alimentaire.
Vous devrez utiliser vos compétences afin d'être très impliqué dans la gestion des KPI, profits & loss et les différents projets.
Ils souhaitent poursuivre leur croissance, leur automatisation et l’amélioration de leurs procédures / opérations et pour cela, ils ont besoin de votre expertise en transformation alimentaire!
