Work Schedule :   Afternoon Shift : Monday – Thursday; 4 : 00 pm- 2 : 00 am (38hrs per week)

Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members . The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $ 27.5 .

Are you passionate about machining? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual for our machine shopfunction. As a Machine Operator, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity and must meet requirements within predetermined time constraints. Tasks require the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Ensure parts are manufactured in accordance with quality standards, target plans and verify correct run quantities
• Visually inspect parts after each machine cycle and perform inspections as required
• Optimize the running of parts to best take advantage of the machine’s operating time
• Filling out production boards with output for the shift, as well as assisting in planning the afternoon shift production
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and follow organizational practices
