Oak Ridges Window and Eaves Cleaning is a home maintenance company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing and polymeric sanding services to households and commercial buildings.

We are currently hiring marketers to generate leads and schedule estimates.

About the Job

You will be going door to door offering to schedule free estimates for window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing.

You will be trained in how to handle objections.

as well as how to schedule estimates at the door.

Job responsibilities

Increase brand awareness

Generate leads, as well as convert leads to estimates at the door

Work in a team environment, working with friends is encouraged

Build rapport with customers

Potential for future promotions within the company

Work locally and we operate mostly in Richmond Hill and Markham

Job Requirements and Benefits

Previous infield marketing, customer service and sales experience an asset

Must be willing to work outdoors

Reliable transportation to and from sites in Richmond Hill

10-20+ hours a week (flexible schedule)

Position runs March-May or March-July

Can make $18 - $24 an hour depending on performance
