Job descriptionTendrás un rol de referente técnico para el equipo, participando activamente en la toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas. Dirigir y liderar células de desarrollo (actualmente 3 células de 12 personas en total). Asignación de tareas, responsables y tiempos estimados. Realizar seguimiento a los distintos proyectos de desarrollo. Optimizar la gestión del tiempo del personal a cargo. Definir prioridades y objetivos del equipo, fomentando el trabajo colaborativo. Capacitar a los miembros del equipo. Alinear las prioridades del equipo con los objetivos del negocio Formación académica : Ingeniería en Informática o afín. 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Líder Técnico de Células de Desarrollo, con conocimientos avanzados en programación y microservicios. Experiencia programando en PHP (Descartable) Framework Cake PHP – Laravel – CodeIgniter (Descartable) Experiencia en JIRA (Descartable) Experiencia en JavaScript – Jquery - Ajax – VueJS – MVC – HTML – CSS – Bootstrap Base de datos : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Servicios en AWS Integración continua CI / CD Amplio conocimiento en versionamiento en GIT Experiencia en desarrollo mobile Android- iOS Metodologías agiles Ideal Python
Estamos en búsqueda, de profesional Líder Técnico, con experiencia demostrable en liderazgo de equipos de Células de Desarrollo y programación.
- horario : lunes a jueves de 08 : 30 a 18 : 30 hrs. / viernes 08 : 30 a 17 : 30 hrs.
Objetivo del cargo : Como Líder Técnico, tendrás la responsabilidad de supervisar y coordinar las actividades de desarrollo de software / sistemas, asegurando la implementación de soluciones eficientes y de alta calidad.
