Job descriptionJoin our client's immediate team as an associate The compensation package includes : Base salary Variable compensation based on performance Start as a stand-alone practice Compensation structure : Variable compensation based on the book of business you bring over Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients in the mass affluent market Leverage your existing client relationships and grow your book of business Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals Create and monitor the implementation of financial plans Offer expert guidance on all aspects of client's financial lives Current financial advisor license (IIROC or MFDA) Proven track record of managing client portfolios CFP designation or commitment to pursuing it (our client offers support for professional development) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships LLQP (preferred) Flexibility to choose your career path : team member or independent practice Competitive compensation structures tailored to your chosen path, $100K - $250K Access to the firm's extensive resources, including : Marketing support Ongoing training and education Technical infrastructure Subject matter experts (e.g., tax and insurance specialists) Opportunity for significant professional growth and advancement
