Job descriptionSupport enterprise data initiatives using Snowflake as the data warehouse and Tableau for enterprise dashboards Partner with data engineering teams on ETL development cycles and dashboard delivery Use Jira to manage requirements, backlogs, and delivery while applying BA best practices Elicit, document, and manage requirements from both technical and business stakeholders Translate business needs into clear, actionable data and reporting requirements Act as a liaison between data teams and business users to ensure alignment and successful deliver
Duration : 6-12 months (very high chance of extension)
Location : downtown Toronto
Days / Week onsite : 5d (1d per week from home is possible)
Domain : retail
Rate : depends on expertise level (targeting 75-80 / hr incorporated)
Requirements and Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a focus on data transformation programs
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira
- Experience supporting ETL development and Tableau dashboard development teams
- Solid working knowledge of Agile and Classic (Waterfall) methodologies
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks and issues to resolution
