On behalf of our client in the Professional Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for an Information Technology - Project Manager.
Information Technology - Project Manager – Job Description
Facilitate and organize internal stakeholder sessions to understand products, assess operational needs, identify gaps/opportunities, and resolve dependencies
Plan, build and execute operational readiness deliverables on time in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Track and report product readiness progress across multiple portfolios to senior management
Manage team expectations, risks and internal dependencies for different products
Lead and document onboarding and support process for all products while managing all product scenarios
Coordinate successful completion and sign-off of all product deliverables - processes, procedures, documents, training and more
Plan and deliver documentation, training and necessary support to critical front-line customer facing stakeholders
Develops strong credible working relationships with business stakeholders, working proactively to provide solutions
Information Technology - Project Manager – Mandatory Skills
5 years’ experience in fast paced matrix environment with transformation projects
Process analysis and process documentation
Agile Project Management Experience
Product delivery and implementation
Operations and Delivery know-how
Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Experience working in a fast-paced matrix environment
Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree
Information Technology - Project Manager - Nice to Have Skills
Project Management Certification (PMP) or Equivalent
Agile and lean certifications
Change Management Experience or Certification
Product Delivery methodology
Experience working with technical solutions
Knowledge of products and systems
General knowledge of policies and procedures
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and G-Suite preferred
