What Makes This Role Great : This role offers a unique 360-degree view of the manufacturing lifecycle. You won't just be on an assembly line; you’ll work cross-functionally across Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, gaining high-visibility experience in how world-class tech products move from components to completed systems for our global customers.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Precision Assembly : Perform light mechanical assembly using specialized hand and benchtop tools to build cutting-edge hardware following defined technical instructions.

Quality & Programming : Support the QA team with incoming component inspections and perform critical software loading and programming onto purchased devices.

Supply Chain Optimization : Master inventory control and material kitting while collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure seamless production flow.

Continuous Improvement : Apply a "can-do" attitude to identify ways to minimize waste and improve team efficiency, bringing more value to our global customer base.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Ability to lift up to 18kg and follow detailed build instructions.

Bonus Points For

A curious mindset and a desire to learn about aerospace-grade positioning technology.

Previous experience with hand / benchtop assembly tools.
