Job Summary
Your work will involve initiating proposing and executinginnovative research and development projects in line with industrymegatrends.
Your expertise in Ureabased fertilizer and strong graspof new market trends will help us enhance our offerings and providecuttingedge solutions to our customers.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Lead the development of new products from market analysisto commercial implementation.
- Provide experttechnology support during plant shutdowns turnovers andrecommissioning.
- Drive problem resolutionthrough troubleshooting and root cause analysis in commercialplants.
- Innovate in the specialty fertilizerfield inventing new products and applications.
- Facilitate technology scaleup and implementation incommercial settings.
- Collaborate with externalentities and lead project implementations.
- Analyze market and customer data to guide productdevelopment and maintain competitiveness.
- Contribute to a positive safety culture and mentor juniorteam members.
- Support growth projects withinsights and direction.
Requirements
- This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Jubail or Riyadh SaudiArabia.
- Preferred : Masters orPh.D. degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5years of experience in new product development preferably involvingstartups.
- Proven strategic thinking andplanning abilities.
- Strong leadership skillsand ability to influence a diverse team.
- Passion for innovation and fostering a creative workenvironment.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
