Position Summary

As an experienced corporate Talent Acquisition Consultant and strategic Human Resources partner you will play a key role in supporting a diverse client portfolio within a large decentralized multi-union healthcare organization operating in a complex fast-paced and evolving environment.

Duties

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs role requirements and timelines providing consultative recruitment advice and market insights.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including requisition intake posting strategy sourcing screening interviewing offer letter generation and onboarding handoff.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse high-quality talent including passive candidates pipelines and talent communities.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on employment legislation internal policies unionized and non-union recruitment processes and best practices related to Talent Acquisition.
• Manage recruitment data metrics and reporting to monitor time-to-fill quality of hire and process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (People Consultants hiring leaders compensation etc.) to support talent initiatives.
• Support compliance with organizational regulatory and equity requirements across all recruitment activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes tools and systems (e.g. ATS assessments digital platforms).
• Participate in employer branding career fairs and outreach initiatives to strengthen the organizations talent pipeline.
• Performs other cross-functional duties as required (including special projects).
