Role Summary : NearSource is looking for a Senior Development OPS Engineer to drive monorepo strategy CI / CD modernization and scalable developer tooling for a global product engineering initiative. This role will architect and execute core DevOps practices supporting a long-term program with a Fortune 500 product company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy for CI / CD pipelines developer tooling and infrastructure to enhance speed reliability and scalability
• Design implement and maintain modular CI / CD pipelines with automated QA workflows and monorepo-based code management
• Provide architectural vision and direction for DevOps practices within the design system ecosystem
• Lead end-to-end management of the build integration deployment and release processes
• Monitor pipeline performance identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimization strategies
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and libraries within the monorepo ensuring consistency and conflict-free development
• Implement promote and guide development teams in DevOps culture and best practices
