We are looking for French bilingual CSRs to work as Reservation Agents in Guelph! This is an in-office position where you work with a fun and exciting team! You will play a crucial role in directly assisting the public with reservations and addressing a variety of related questions.
Responsibilities :
Assist customers with reservations and inquiries in both English and French.
Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly and empathetic manner.
Utilize computer systems and learn new software quickly.
Think on your feet to address customer concerns and needs effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements :
Professional oral and written language skills in both English and French.
Friendly demeanor and excellent listening skills.
Patience in understanding and assisting customers with their needs.
Tactfulness and pleasant communication style.
A natural knack for computers and quick learning of new software.
1 year of experience providing top-notch customer service to the public.
Call center experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Other Details :
Hours of Operation : 7 AM 10 PM, 7 days a week.
After training, expect to be scheduled 10-15 hours per week until call volumes increase.
End of Contract Date : October 13, 2024
Rate of Pay : Starting at $18.50 / hour with a $1.00 / hour End of Contract Bonus.
