Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a client in Guelph, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customers’ orders, day-to-day clerical duties and supporting all aspects of customer service.

Strong data entry and communication skills in both English and French are a huge asset for interacting with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

The duties for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will include :

• Enter incoming orders in the company's order entry system
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and analyze problems to provide detailed and proactive solutions
• File customer invoices
• Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to other staff as directed

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French and English (written and oral)
• Must have accurate data entry skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong communication and collection skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
