Are you looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Transline is hiring on behalf of our Packaging client and looking for 6 Line Leaders for our Brampton and Bolton facilities.

Shifts

Afternoons : 3 : 45pm – 12 : 15am (Brampton)

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and training production line staff in all aspects of production line work

Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job

Work in conjunction with other departments for positive production results

Continuous inspection of product every hour or more frequently depending on the type of job

Knowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line

Responsible for job cards being filled out both correctly and accurately

Insure accurate finished good paperwork is turned in a timely manner

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of related experience or training in a warehouse position

Understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required

Advanced planning abilities

Interpret instructions both oral and written.

Produce and meet expectations

Ability to work with plant management for required results
