Line Leader Job Posting

Are you looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Transline is hiring on behalf of our Packaging client and looking for 6 Line Leaders for our Brampton and Bolton facilities.

Shifts

  • Afternoons : 3 : 45pm – 12 : 15am (Brampton)

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and training production line staff in all aspects of production line work
  • Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job
  • Work in conjunction with other departments for positive production results
  • Continuous inspection of product every hour or more frequently depending on the type of job
  • Knowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line
  • Responsible for job cards being filled out both correctly and accurately
  • Insure accurate finished good paperwork is turned in a timely manner

    Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience or training in a warehouse position
  • Understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
  • Advanced planning abilities
  • Interpret instructions both oral and written.
  • Produce and meet expectations
  • Ability to work with plant management for required results
