Construction Real Estate Lawyer

We are currently seeking Construction Real Estate Lawyers to work within our in-house legal department real estate clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Work side by side with legal and business teams to help internal stakeholder with their construction and infrastructure needs.
  • Ability to create common infrastructure documentation and to negotiate standard form documentation, such as CCDC contracts.
  • Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of construction or infrastructure experience in-house or through a law firm.
  • Experience with the purchase, sale, financing, development and operation of commercial leasing while representing major developers, retailers, financial institutions, lenders or pension funds.
  • Experience with public procurement processes for government infrastructure.
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
