Interested in joining one of Canadas top performing asset managers We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst Intern / Co-op student for an existing vacancy for a 4-month term (May August 2026) to join our Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd. (Crestpoint) team. This role blends finance data quantitative analysis and technologyideal for a student interested in real estate capital markets financial modeling and applied analytics. Our offices currently operate on an in-office model.

What You Will Do

• Financial Modeling & Insights

Support the investment asset management development and finance teams by building financial models and analytical tools that enhance decision-making.

Create dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.

Pull and ingest data from various internal and external systems.

What You Bring

The expected salary for this position is $45000 annually. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
