Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience, you will collaborate with the various teams of the Vice-Presidency Talent and Culture, as well as with business leaders, to ensure a consistent experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include :

  • Analyze the market, study trends and competitive offerings to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Act as product manager for cross-functional industry initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to define a strategic vision aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Work closely with the management team in the development of roadmaps.
  • Ensure the development of the skills of the product managers of the initiatives in the Talent program.
  • Ensure simplification and consistency between the various initiatives in the sector.
  • Ensure consolidation of corporate reporting.
  • Continuously support the management team in monitoring strategic objectives and benefits.
  • Plan high-level monitoring of all program projects to ensure a global view of management's long-term strategy.

Desired profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in organizational development, or in a relevant discipline;
  • At least 10 years' experience in human resources, including 5 years in an organizational development role or similar relevant field;
  • Ability to have a global vision and to establish strategic connections;
  • Natural curiosity and ability to inspire teams to achieve established goals;
  • Assertive leadership and autonomy in managing large-scale projects;
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and popularization skills;
  • Team spirit, empathy, excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to provide concrete support for the development of colleagues;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Advanced level in French, both orally and in writing, is required for this role.
