Position: Commercial Sales Manager
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial sales portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window cleaning, janitorial, and/or property maintenance services, will a proven ability to build relationships, close contracts, and drive revenue across commercial clients. This role focuses on selling mainly window cleaning and a range of other integrated facility services to property managers, building owners, and commercial accounts.
Salary: $90,000/year Commission

Hours of Operation: 9 am-5 pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow commercial accounts for window cleaning and related property maintenance services.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with commercial clients, including office buildings, retail spaces, property management firms, and industrial facilities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and prepare customized service proposals and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
- Collaborate closely with operations, scheduling, and management teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Coordinate sales plans with operations and scheduling departments to ensure customer success
- Ensure all data, information, and details are entered into CRM / ERP and updated as required
- Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends and make suggestions for improvement
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience is required.
- Experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or a similar industry is an asset.
- Proven track record of selling commercial services and closing medium to large contracts.
- Experience working with property managers, facility managers, and commercial decision makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Education
- A degree or diploma is considered an asset
