Your New Role

Mattamy is looking for a results-driven, dynamic and motivated Director of Sales to join their large and growing team. Reporting to Jill Lalonde, a passionate, high-performing and strategic leader, this highly influential position is integral to the leadership team.

You will coach, train and mentor a high-performing team, oversee 7 sales centres, spearhead all sales initiatives, enhance buyer satisfaction, develop strategies and enhance processes.

Working closely and collaboratively with marketing and other divisions, you will also build new brokerage relationships and build out the in-house team.

What Sets You Apart

You have a strong home sales background and have at least 7 years' experience either in a senior sales leadership role in-house with a residential developer and / or from the brokerage community.

You have a proven track record of high volume home sales, customer satisfaction and creative solutions and have led successful teams to exceed sales targets.

You are a strong and energetic leader who is motivated by the potential to continually improve results, implement new sales strategies and generate creative solutions.

You hold a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Business or equivalent, have an appetite for ongoing digital sales transformation and new technologies, and understand budgets and financial margins, profitability and statistical analysis.

Most importantly, you have a bright and energetic personality, are professional, confident and charismatic, can build authentic internal and external relationships and are ready to take the reins and really own and be accountable for Mattamy's sales function.

Note that you must be willing to park your RE license and focus only on selling Mattamy product.
