BMO is currently sourcing for a Campaign Analytics Analyst position on a 6-month contract.
Summary of Role :
The Campaign Analytics Analyst will act as a trusted advisor within the Home Financing group at BMO, leading the design and development of analytic solutions to support business decisions and outcomes.
The role involves consulting on analytical solutions, synthesizing requirements, and providing advice on data management, analytics, and visualization technologies.
The specialist will also support the development of strategies and roadmaps for data quality, analytics, and reporting.
Project : The specialist will be involved in projects related to data analytics and reporting within the Home Financing line of business, focusing on enhancing decision support tools and driving better business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Years of experience : Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) :
- Lead the design and development of analytic solutions.
- Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders regarding business and data needs.
- Design, implement and manage new analytics and reporting solutions.
- Automate validation tests and validate models used in analytics and reporting.
- Promote reporting automation and self-serve analytics consumption.
- Integrate information from multiple sources for efficient processes and enhanced analysis.
- Develop and execute strategic analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Build effective relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
