- Develop and launch a steady stream of sales and marketing data science plays supporting business priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Data Science and IT to coordinate strategies using data science & generative AI capabilities.
- Develop and implement Agents to support the Commercial Team efficiency and revenue generation.
- Provide data driven sale cycle support to elevate the right activities at the right time.
- Lead playmakers council, partner with Regional Marketing and Sales Enablement to pull through the right initiatives & programs to data science for a warm approach to commercial pipeline invigoration.
- Develop and lead Digital Selling program that amplifies rep’s voice, aligns digital customer experience with in-person touchpoints, and digitally enable reps through new and existing technologies.
- Activate and train the sales team to drive adoption of digital tools with clear communication of change management methodology.
- Provide reporting for Managers, communications to Sales Team and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate integrations with Data Science Platform and , ensuring they are aligned with business process and strategies.
Manage enhancement requests for the tools.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of sales, marketing, and / or data science experience, preferably in scientific, pharma services, or related industry
- Experience with training and change management
- Independently driven attitude
- Experience with , Compass, Seismic, ELOQUA preferred
- Understand of data science, data science applications and generative AI
- Experience driving strategic initiatives, new business development, and sales cycle for customers of varying scope preferred, spanning from large scale customers to small- to mid-sized opportunities
- Ability to function in a complex, matrix business environment is essential
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience working with sales reps and supporting their efforts to sell more effectively and efficiently
